Over many years, the campaign has proven to be very successful with stats showing it works; women invest more, save more, regulate their pensions. And yet, women still don't have financial equality in Norway.
This year’s campaign 'Generation She' celebrates the confidence and bravery of young girls, their thrill in what's ahead - even if the reality may be different.
It serves as a reminder to older generations of the importance of being a role model, to retain that confidence and bravery, and to help new generations break the glass ceiling.
